Answer: This is probably due to the permissions of the user who started the Matrix42 Driver Wizard. Make sure that this user is allowed to create, delete and modify files and directories in the %Empirum Server%\Configurator$\Packages\Matrix42\Os Packages\Drivers directory.

Question: I have customized the control file using the Matrix42 Driver Wizard. However, the drivers are not used. In the log there is an error "Copy-Item: Illegal characters in path". What can be the reason?

Answer: Make sure that you are using a current version of the Drivers Integration package (at least version 2.15). Older versions of the package do not work with the slightly customized specification of the driver to be used.
