The survey page is only visible with a working internet connection.
The survey can be removed by the administrator or a separate feedback page can be included by entering a URL. If the registry key Feedback_URL does not exist under HKLM\Software\Matrix42\Agent or has an empty value, the menu item is hidden.
Your own web pages must be configured to be displayable within a frame.
