Improvements

• The WebRTCConnectionService log now displays an error message if ssh-server.exe is missing. The Agent will no longer crash in this situation, and services that do not require ssh-server.exe will remain unaffected.

FastViewer Agent Tray Icon:

• The taskbar pop-up shown when hovering over the icon now displays the title FastViewer at the top.

Upgrade Installations:

• Upgrade installations are now supported for Remote Setup (EXE) and Remote Setup (MSI):
  • Example: Install Remote Setup (MSI) 3.31 → Perform an upgrade installation by executing Remote Setup (MSI) 3.32.
    • Requirements: If a Remote Agent was originally installed with version 3.31 or newer, it is now possible to perform an upgrade installation.
  • Examples of supported scenarios:
    • Install Remote Setup (MSI) 3.31 → Upgrade to Remote Setup (MSI) 3.32.
    • Install Remote Setup (MSI) 3.31 → Upgrade to Remote Setup (MSI) 3.32 → Upgrade to Remote Setup (MSI) 3.33.
    • Install Remote Setup (MSI) 3.31 → Upgrade to Remote Setup (MSI) 3.33.
  • Examples of unsupported scenarios:
    • Install Remote Setup (MSI) 3.30 (unsupported) → Upgrade to Remote Setup (MSI) 3.31 → Not Supported (the original installation must be a supported version).
    • Install Remoted Setup (MSI) 3.30 (unsupported) → Update Agent to 3.31 → Upgrade to Remote Setup (MSI) 3.32 → Not Supported (the original installation must be a supported version).

M42 FastViewer WebConsole File Transfer Speeds:

• Improved file transfer speeds for uploads and downloads of small files, large files, and folders.

• Additional bug fixes and improvements.

Bug fixes

• Remote Agent, FastViewer Remote Console: Fixed a black-screen issue that occurred after establishing a connection, when the /nowebrtc parameter was set on only one side (Agent or Master).
• Windows Proxy Authentication dialog: Fixed an issue where the Windows Proxy Authentication dialog was not displayed when starting FastMaster / RemoteConsole with the /proxy and /proxyuser parameters. 
• Resolved an issue where no pop-up would appear when using the /proxy and /proxyuser parameters.
• Fixed an issue with an Agent starting PowerShell as a 32-bit application.
• The Remote Assistance Agent Service no longer stops unexpectedly.
