Known Errors

Problem Description
Update 25.4 GA to 26.1 – Database check detects problems During the upgrade to version 26.1, the database check may report a small number of #0022 warnings. These can be resolved automatically using the autofix option, after which the upgrade can proceed normally.
Critical: Dispatcher gets frozen overnight In rare cases, AI-related UI actions may become unresponsive after extended runtime due to the Dispatcher service. Restarting the affected Worker typically resolves the issue.
If CoRu is created by a script, it does not trigger Compliance Rules that are created via script or installed through an extension may not become active immediately after installation. Restarting the relevant Worker ensures the rules are applied correctly.
Service Desk Holidays fails to install The Service Desk Holidays extension may fail to install on version 26.1.
FSM: Setting work item to all day moves date to the one before In Field Service Management, setting a work item to “all day” may temporarily shift the date. The correct date can be adjusted manually after enabling the option.
FSM: time difference between calendar and work item preview In Field Service Management, the calendar view may display work items in a different time zone than the work item details. This issue affects only sandboxed extension versions.
Dependency‑Graph extension error In rare cases, the Dependency Map may not open when accessed from a Service Desk ticket. This is typically caused by a temporary system inconsistency and can be resolved via a one‑time restart of the application container after installation.
FSM: dashboard percentage displayed with all decimals In Field Service Management dashboards, percentage values may be displayed with excessive decimal places. This is a visual issue only and can be adjusted via the layout configuration.
Cannot uninstall M365 License Assignment extension If services created by the M365 License Assignment extension are still present, uninstalling the extension may fail. Removing those services allows the uninstall to complete successfully.
26.1 TMS workflow not usable after update In some scenarios, workflows that read from or write to local files may fail after upgrading to 26.1. Proper error handling and retry logic prevent workflow interruptions.
M42Next Data Ingesting excessive resource consumption When ingesting large data volumes into Matrix42 Intelligence (M42 Next), increased resource consumption may be observed temporarily.
Adobe Extension opens maintenance mode when uninstalling In rare cases, uninstalling the Adobe Extension may temporarily display the maintenance screen. The uninstall completes successfully and no further action is required once finished.
SDDM Import - 400 error on worker instance 400 error is displayed because the worker attribute is empty. It is only a visual error, the importing works.

Technical Preview 26.1.0.1390 (available for Early Adopters): Some AI Assist endpoints don't work correctly after the first install - IISReset required to have a successful call.

For any further known errors from previous versions, check known errors that are relevant to you since your currently installed version has been released.

Supported Versions

The setup program can be used to update existing installations of product version 8.0.2 or higher.
