Change in Service 'M42Next'
Customers onboarded to Matrix42 Intelligence starting December 2025 using Enterprise Service Management version 25.4.0.1185 (or later) are required to use the M42Next' service. 'M42Next Legacy' will no longer be supported due to a security provider change.
For versions earlier than 25.4.0.1185 and onboarded in December, the authentication url at the service needs to be updated from ‘https://mx42-prd.eu.auth0.com/oauth/token’ to ‘https://esam42next.m42cloud.com/auth/realms/prd/protocol/openid-connect/token’.
- Next, navigate to ADMINISTRATION > Integration > Service Connections > Connections.
- In the Service field, search for the service you want to create a new connection for. In the Tenant field, select the tenant you created earlier, and add a Name for the new connection. Once all the fields are configured, the SETUP AUTHENTICATION button is displayed.
- Click the SETUP AUTHENTICATION button. If all the data entered earlier is correct, a message is displayed informing you the Service Connection Authentication has been successfully fulfilled.
